Fit your earplugs correctly for better noise reduction:

Check that your ear plugs are clean.
Each shark fin silicone earplug is marked with L or R.
Make sure to insert the left earplug into the left ear canal and the right earplug into the right ear canal.
Take hold of the top of your auricle, pulling upwards and backwards.
Push the earplugs deep into your auditory canal.
Let go of your auricle and push the ear plugs in again.
