Description

• Slide foot in support and adjust to center of heel
• Place strap under center of foot, with smooth side up
• Wrap over the top of the foot and around back of ankle. Attach end tab to the strap in the front of the ankle and adjust for comfortable tension
• Repeat step 3 with other end
