• AC Legg Inc. presents Brown Sugar Maple Snack Stick Seasoning Mix
• Smooth, mellow and sweet with a distinct Maple flavor profile
• Each bag will season up to 25lbs of meat, includes the required 1 oz bag of curing salt
• Use with any lean meat such as Beef and Turkey or your favorite game meat such as deer, elk, goose or duck

Coarse grind meat through 1 inch plate. Add seasoning and cure and 32 ounces of water until tacky. Fine grind through 1/8th inch plage. Optional add encapsulated citric acid to extend shelf life. Stuff into 18-21mm casings.
