• Use following surgical procedures, acute inflammation, edema due to trauma and pain reduction for sprains, strains and tendinitis
• Elevating the cooler fills and pressurizes the cuff
• Compression is controlled by gravity and is proportional to the elevation of the cooler (one inch of elevation equals 1.8mm Hg pressure)
• Includes gravity fed zip on knee cuff with pressure valve, insulated 4-liter ice/water cooler jug, and exchange tube with quick disconnect
• Effective for extended therapy from 6-8 hours

The Aircast Cyro/Cuff System uses ice and gravity to deliver cold compression to the knee, ankle, thigh, shoulder or calf. It rapidly lowers skin temperature in the area covered by the cuff. The compression is proportional to the height of the job above cuff. Ice-water is warmed to body heat can be easily re-chilled by opening the valve and lowering the jug.
