This is 1 ounce of Premium Blue Oyster Mushrooms. All our Mushrooms are grown on a mix of Grain, Alfalfa, Straw, and Wood sourced from Northern Idaho. Our Mushrooms are grown outside in a Greenhouse in the Environment. They are picked at peak time cleaned and examined. Each mushroom is kept whole then dried in a Wooden Air Kiln. The Mushrooms are then packaged by removing some of the air from package and adding an oxygen absorber, this keeps our product Premium Quality. We are a small business that was started by a passion for mushrooms of many years. I do it all and it's the hardest thing ever, but when you love something you never give up no matter how hard it is.
