  • Heat Therapy. For heat therapy, remove the wrap from the bag, place it in the microwave, and heat for 45 seconds. If it is not warm enough, heat for an additional 15 seconds. Do not heat for more than 90 seconds. If it is too hot to the touch, let it cool before use.
