Just crumble between your fingers and sprinkle 1/2 tsp. per pound on fish or chicken breasts before baking, or rub onto the surface of roasts before cooking. Hand-mixed from: savory, rosemary, thyme, Turkish oregano, basil, dill weed, marjoram, sage and tarragon.
