This Corn Whiskey Mash kit contains all the ingredients needed, except spring water, to make a 5 gallon mash of traditional corn whiskey. Our corn is grown right here in the Arkansas delta farm country. Our non corn blends, traditionally used in Bourbons and Tennessee Whiskeys, provides a rich, sweet flavor. Robust flavors of vanilla and maple syrup as well as white sugar and cotton candy can be pulled through. Sweetness can be offset through maturing in oak barrels. Includes 5lbs cracked corn, 5lbs Sugar, yeast and amylase packet. Enjoy!
