  • HOW IT WORKS - Our Irish Moss essentially pulls proteins and small particles out of suspension during brewing for a clearer, less hazy finish.
  • HOW TO USE - Simply add our Craft A Brew Irish Moss on brew day with 15 minutes left in the boil. For the best results, rehydrate for 10 minutes in a small amount of cold water before adding to the kettle.
  • BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS - Irish Moss enhances cold break (protein coagulation) in the kettle for clearer beer. We recommend you use 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons.
