• HEAT MOLDING INSTRUCTION: 1. Self Mold Place into footwear and wear for 3 days before noticing a true custom fit 2. Heat Mold: Preheat conventional oven to 200F or convection oven at 175F. Or use boiling water for 1 minute. Place orthotics in oven for 3 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately place in shoe under the insole. Stand straight up in your shoe for 1-2 minutes.
