This is a totally natural product. We feed our Turkish Kefir grains with high grade whole milk and keep culturing them in totally darkness for 48 hours. The obtained product is a thick and rich Kefir milk full of probiotics. Then we begin the dehydration - lyophilization process that take 10 hours and finally grind and pack the dried Kefir. No industrial process were used and no chemicals were added. The result is a fully natural dried Kefir milk full of live probiotics ready to be rehydrated. Once rehydrated the probiotics will awake and start to replicate again bringing all their benefits to your health. To rehydrate our cultures, you just have to add whole cow, goat, coconut, almond milk or the juice of your preference and let it culturing for up to 48 hours. (See instructions). Once ready you can drink your kefir cultures alone. Or you can also add fruit and prepare delicious smoothies or add granola or dried fruit. Your imagination is the limit.
