Set comes with a carrying case and a two-sided tent card that discusses the connection between excess calories and weight gain, as well as providing tips to maintain a healthy weight. Use in comparison with our 1 lb and 5 lb Mass of Muscle Set (Item #26038) to discuss how fat takes up about half the volume of fat while weighing the same amount. Model weight is approximate and may slightly vary. 1 lb model measures 4" x 4" x 1"; 5 lb model measures 8" x 4" x 4".
