Product Description The Manual Cream Separator is hand powered using a crank and can process 80 liters of raw milk per hour. This machine can separate cream from milk in only a few simple steps. Start by adding warm (about 104F) unprocessed whole milk to the bowl and open the plug, allowing it to flow into the float chamber. Next, start spinning the drum using the handle, which will separate the milk and cream. The milk and cream will flow out of their respective spouts.
