Description

A clean tasting hop that has a noble aroma profile. Floral and herbal - similar to Mittelfrh, but with an added element of fruit and more dominant spice component. Noted are Tree Fruit, Hay, Tobacco and Orange. Extremely well suited to dry hopping or late boil additions. Hersbrucker is traditional in the lightly-hopped lagers and ales of southern Germany. If you are making any type of German beer you can't go wrong by adding these in the last few minutes of the boil. These flexible Aroma hops are factory packaged in a nitrogen-flushed loxygen and light barrier packages so that they will remain useable for a long time.
