Founded in 1912 as a farmers co-operative, we use milk from our own farms in the UK to make into our White Stilton, ready at a few weeks old, it is mild and creamy and is perfect for blending with dried fruit. We gently blend our White Stilton with the finest Ginger and crystalized Mango. It is made into a half wheel that weighs 2.5 lbs and is packed 2 per box and comes complete with re-pack labels.
