- Take in sweet, fruity aromatic flavors with our NEW Lychee Super-Strength Flavor. Lychee is a slightly acidic stone fruit native to Southern China. The balance of sweet and tart along with floral undertones (often described as a hint of rose) makes Lychee especially appealing in hard candy, gummies and fruity or tropical desserts or beverages.
- If you experience some thickening, add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is to teaspoon per pound)
- A little goes a long way! LorAnns super strength flavors are three to four times the strength of typical baking extracts.
- When substituting super strength flavors for extracts, use to teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
