Cubes are intended for the winery that desires premium barrel flavors in their stainless steel tanks. They can be placed in the tank and allowed to free float or be tied down. Cubes are best used during post fermentation. French Light Oak provides oak structure without being overwhelming, lifting the varietals attributes and allowing the fruit to shine prominently.
