--Polyporus umbellatus (Chuling Sclerotium). 0.23 g

OTHER INGREDIENTS: Citric acid, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate.

RECOMMENDED SERVING: Adults: Take 1-2 tablespoon(s) once per day. May be taken with or without food. Shake well before use.

DURATION OF USE: For occasional use. Not to be consumed on a continuous basis for longer than one (1) month.
