- Instructions (with microwave oven) - Fill the menstrual cup sterilizer with ordinary water. Immerse the menstrual cup inside. Keep the lid tightly closed and place it in the oven. Microwave for 2-3 minutes. Take out the cup and wipe the sterilization container and the cup. Keep in a cool and dry place.
- Instructions (without microwave oven) - Fill the container with boiling water. Immerse the menstrual cup inside. Close container lid and shake for a few seconds. Remove the cup and wipe the sterilization container and cup. Keep in a cool and dry place.
