  • Apricot Kernels: Found inside the pit (stone) of every apricot, these superseeds resemble small almonds. Unlike bitter varieties of apricot kernels, Ziba Foods sweet apricot kernels come from Bamyan and contain only trace levels of Amygdalin, making them a safer superfood.
